Educational use

Custom Poker Trainer is an educational practice tool. It does not offer real-money poker, wagering, deposits, withdrawals, or gambling services.

Strategy assumptions and results

The trainer presents strategies for defined ranges, stack depths, bet sizes, and action histories. Different assumptions or opponents can produce different preferred actions. The training guidance does not guarantee winnings, profitability, or any financial result, and poker outcomes remain subject to variance.

Acceptable use

You may use the trainer for personal educational purposes. Do not disrupt the service, submit malicious content, automate abusive traffic, scrape the scenario library, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or usage controls, or misuse the contact form.

Trainer content

Scenarios, explanations, interfaces, and training materials may be revised as the curriculum is expanded and corrected. You may not reproduce or redistribute a substantial portion of the trainer or its scenario library without permission.

Availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, and access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, deployment, provider outages, or other operational reasons.

Third-party services

The trainer relies on third-party hosting, database, and email-delivery services. Their availability and processing may affect the operation of the site.

Future paid services

These terms do not govern subscriptions or payment collection because the trainer does not currently offer paid access. Pricing, renewals, cancellation, refund, and billing disclosures will be added before any paid service is introduced.
