Information stored in your browser
Custom Poker Trainer uses browser storage for an anonymous browser identifier, session information, training-profile statistics, missed-hand summaries, and any scenario flags or comments you create. Flags and comments remain in that browser and do not automatically transfer to another browser or device.
Training progress and hosting
Completed-scenario identifiers are stored in Render PostgreSQL under your anonymous browser identifier. This supports features such as “Not yet completed” without requiring an account, name, or email address. The application and its database are hosted by Render.
Anonymous usage measurements
The site records anonymous operational measurements such as page views, trainer launches, session activity, training starts and completions, completed-decision counts, selected training mode and stack depth, and limited browser-error details. These measurements help us understand usage and maintain the service. They do not include your poker selections, cards, scenario comments, name, or email address.
Contact messages
If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, category, and message you provide. Resend processes the message for delivery to our Gmail support inbox. We use this information to respond, investigate reported problems, and improve the product. We do not sell contact information.
Cookies and browser storage
The trainer does not use advertising cookies. It uses local browser storage to maintain its anonymous identifier and browser-specific features. Clearing site data removes locally stored information and may cause the browser to be recognized as a new installation.
Your choices
You can remove flags and comments inside the trainer, reset reviewed progress with the trainer’s reset control, or clear this site’s browser storage using your browser settings. Contact us through the Contact page with privacy questions.
Changes
We may update this policy as the trainer, its service providers, or its features change. Any material update will be reflected by the date shown above. Separate disclosures will be added before introducing accounts, subscriptions, advertising, or payment collection.
